Many insurance companies require you to be seen be a specific network of doctors that we are not part of, or require a referral by your primary primary care physician prior to your appointment.  Please reach out to your insurance company to determine your eligibility and potential referral requirements or you may give us a call and we would be happy to verify your coverage and benefits!
